What you will pay to us as service charges will be more than offset by the gains you would be having as savings in costly materials, cost of labour, skillful use of manpower, supervision etc.

Construct your building on contact basis, it will economical for you. Two method are popular in construction:


(i) On labour rates per square feet, as per an agreement mutually agreed upon at rates clearly mentioned the all items of construction. It is cheaper and fare for building owner to free from all problems. The owner has only responsibility to supply the raw materials in time and keep inventory of his raw materials in store.

(ii) Second : Complete construction with labour and materials per square feet. An agreement made between both the parties on clearly mentioning rates and items.The owner may also specify the brand names of raw materials. It is cheaper for owner ,  free from keeping inventory, bringing materials, wastage of raw material in storing and problem for keeping or returning the unused materials.
